Cheyenne and Isabel are absolutely amazing human beings. They let us store a pop up camper for the night and was incredibly accommodating. When we realized our car got broken into the next morning they immediately let us store it for another night while we work on repairs. The customer service we received was second to none and I cannot recommend them enough.

DO NOT GO HERE. RV got broken into and their gate was broken. they do not communicate when their gate is broken even though it was down for 3 months! We rented here thinking it was safe and they failed to tell us about the broken gate when signing our lease. They did not held their end of the bargain. Their regional manager is useless and will not return my calls. I was trying to handle this with ease but again, they do not respond. Game on.

UPDATE: Even though they said they would have someone reach out, of course no one has ???? I’ve had a unit here for a few years and it was 24 hour access which is what I signed up for. Now they have changed the hours to close at 9PM which makes this place not nearly as convenient since I need access at night. When I called, they said they could give me 24 hour access again for an additional $25 a month. This kind of shameless money grab makes me not want to spend my money here anymore. On top of this, the actual door to the building has been unlocked/propped open for 6 months and they keep saying they are gonna fix it but haven’t. The whole place is infested with mice/rats as well. Would not be surprised if in the midst of all of this that they raise the rates again.

I’ve had a unit here for a few years and it was 24 hour access which is what I signed up for. Now they have changed the hours to close at 9PM which makes this place not nearly as convenient since I need access at night. When I called, they said they could give me 24 hour access again for an additional $25 a month. This kind of shameless money grab makes me not want to spend my money here anymore. THE. MANAGER TOLD ME INSURANCE WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS. It’s a lie insurance doesn’t cover this type of incident. On 6/7 I showed up to this location to retrieve my items after being in storage for 1 year 1 month and a few days. On 6/5 I called to pay my bill to make sure I’d have access of my things. When I arrive on 6/7 I find all my items destroyed MY BRAND NEW ITEMS. I informed the office that they have an infestation and the representative say oh yea this just happened. If this just happened why are the rodents I’m finding old nothing but fur and skeletons? The manager says to me well your a property manager right ( I manage multi family properties) she said this as to say rodents are out of her control. I look around the facility and see not one rodent box or trap which is what I do at my property surrounded by gardens and lush vegetation. The manager didn’t even offer to pay me back the rent I paid for the month. ALL MY FURNITURE WENT IN HERE BRAND NEW! I could not take anything with me I lost everything. My last visit to my storage was feb2024 and my items were fine. Around March I was charged a late fee and noticed so I called the location because my card was on file this whole time and never had a late charge before it was when I found out they did and change of managements. I will be taking this manner to civil court. As they could have informed me on 6/5 when I called to pay my bill. No one said nothing but there was a review from a week ago that says they knew. AS A PROPERTY MANAGER I WALK MY VACANT AND IF I NOTICE ANYTHING THAT COULD POSSIBLY DISRUPT A OCCUPIED UNIT NEAR THE VACANT I CORRECT IT AND INFORM MY RESIDENTS !

This place is infested with mice! Do not leave your items here. I went to start organizing our h it before our move and realized my items were covered in mice poop and pee and could tell nice had rummaged through any boxes they could get in. I filed a complaint and the manager let me know they were aware and working on the problem. I let it go because it was my last month there but now that I have moved and un packed my items I have found dead mice, had to throw away personal items that are ruined due to the excessive poop and pee, and on top of it all I’m dealing with this while pregnant. I do not recommend this place. Alls they say is “that is what insurance is for.” I’m sorry but no, insurance does not cover a place getting infested with mice. It covers floods, weather damage, ect. I feel some form of compensation is 100% due for what I’ve been dealing with since removing my items from this facility. Edit since the company has responded: I still have not been heard back from the property manager. Take your business else where

WARNING - our belongings were STOLEN through the unfinished rafters. We should've trusted our gut and obvious lack of security at first sight. Mini Storage Depot is not a secure or protected storage facility. Ken and Kyle - Do not bother replying to this saying I should've bought the insurance. The point is, this is a joke of a storage facility owned by The Sterling Group, who should have enough money to FINISH the rafters rather than leaving them open and easily accessible. Additionally, the ONLY camera in the inside facility is pointed at the exterior door which doesn't even close and the security gate is commonly broken and left open. I could handle loosing my belongings to fire or flood or even by someone cutting my lock, but this is sheer lack of security at a facility that boasts being the "best choice." This is NOT a secure storage option for anyone's belongings. Mini Storage Depot is negligent when it comes to keeping belongings safe.

No idea when it happened either but oddly enough they randomly called to "verify the vehicle" we have, with no explanation as to why they were calling to verify. Wondering if they knew about the incident and decided not to mention it. Previous reviews state bad security, should have heeded the warning.

Clean facility, great customer service, great pricing with 24/7 access which is unbeatable but they need to work on security; first and foremost the gate seems to function so erratically that there’s times where it is left open over night, another issue is people living/sleeping inside their units which at times makes it feel more like an apartment complex than a storage facility.
