Moving in was easy and we got a great deal, the manager, Mike, was nice and worked with us to get us the space that was best for us.

Great! Just wish I could change my due date bc I'm ALWAYS paying a late fee and after 3 years you'd think I could get a break or a deal, geez!

Very nice facility, friendly staff, affordable price for storage. I don’t need much, as far as storage space goes, but I DO need a sense of security, safety and honesty from the facility and the people who work there. The day that I got my room, August was working. She met me with a big smile, was extremely helpful, even to the point of walking me back to the room available. It was clean, spacious and just what I needed. I’ve used Mini Storage Depot in another city before and had a wonderful experience there. This was no different. It is a great company. I would easily and highly recommend this Mini Storage Depot to anyone in the area needing a bit (or a lot) of extra space for their things.

Shout out to this storage facility and all the great staff especially Mr Michael!!! So we all know everyplace has there ups and downs....i have only had 1 issue at this storage in the year that I have rented from here and it was immediately handled by management and i have not experienced any issues since!!! Easy staff to deal with they are never rude, which is hard to come across these days, pricing is definitely the best in the area with consideration of climate control and 24 hour access! I dont think ill ever store anywhere else! Thanks guys for always being great and keeping it 100! And please do realize that on Sundays the office is ALWAYS closed and i see reviews about noone ever in office....if you go to this storage Monday through Saturday and the door is locked...there is always a note or time return posted, you guys have to remember their not only there to sit behind a desk, there are other tasks on property! You cant store anywhere for miles and not run into this! This has been my 3rd facility used in the area and by far my favorite! If you choose MHD storage you will be very pleased as I am!

I've been renting a unit, here, for the last 4 years. Unfortunately, I will have to relocate. The prices have gone up several times, since I first rented, and I even downsized. I'm paying $136 a month for a unit I can get elsewhere (not naming businesses) for $80. This same unit only cost me $89, when I rented it.

The unit i rented had spilled epoxy all over the floor. Prices have risen. I come to pickup some of my bigger items out of the unit today and they have rounded up all dolly carts and stored them at the main office. It's 12:50 pm. There is not a soul here to "rent" me a cart and the sign says it will be a hour before someone is back. I walked just about the entire complex until I found a updated sign that stated where the carts are. If you had people on site paying attention maybe equipment wouldn't be stolen. For 168$ a month I expect better. Glad my time here is coming to a close.

I’m trying to give zero stars because this business is not deserving of any stars . I’ve had my items in storage here for 4 years now. First 2 years outside of consistent price increases for the same space was ok. 4 years in and their business quality has went downhill. Continued increased prices, never any carts available, and the cameras don’t half work all the time. Now with recent changes to the hours no longer being 24 hrs why are tenants still paying the same price for less services. And if you want to continue 24 hr access you can pay an extra $25 a month on top of your storage fees. Sounds like extortion to me and should be reported. Now I’m going through someone breaking into my unit and stealing my belongings. I’m being told by employees that it was an inside job they have people under investigation. Some random guy who was there July 13 while I was at my unit tells me he knows about my unit being vandalized and that it was a lady named Melody who they hired who was going in and out of my unit telling them it was her unit. He was upset because he says Mini Storage owes him 3k for painting the storage doors and power washing the building. He also stated they now have a mice infestation and roach infestation problem and that’s true because they’re all in my unit. Brought it up to manager July 15 he says yea that guys been telling a bunch of tenants lies and he was found living in his unit and had a 24 notice to vacate and that was last week. I tell the manager well I was there Saturday 7/13 he was still there and then manager says the 72 hrs were up Monday 7/15. Then he says we didn’t hire anyone name Melody to clean, 20 mins later he says if you want to send the police up here I have her name I can give it to them. Wait I thought you said you all didn’t hire anyone name Melody. Everything I owned was in my unit including brand new bed, tvs, computers, my heat press, mug tumbler, sublimation printer everything a crafter could dream of having I had. I had been buying new items for my apartment once I moved back not 1 manager has reached out to even apologize, I guess district manager thinks my refund of the last 2 mths should make me go away well it’s not! I want everything in my unit replaced period! How or why should I bring home roach infested mice urinated items into my house. I didn’t put it in there like that, and to have the audacity to ask me to clean out my unit once I go through what I’m keeping. I’m not keeping anything and y’all can clean out I didn’t leave it like that or go find Melody the cleaning lady and let her clean it out. They know what’s going on at this business they know exactly who they let steal my items. I’m not the 1, and this is just the beginning.

I have been a customer for almost 2 years now and have never had any issues until the new property manager started working here. With the old property manager the property stayed clean and safe. It dose not stay clean and I now do not feel safe going to the property even with my husband. I also do not feel like my property is safe anyone could break into my storage and or burn the building down living there. There are people living in the units and sleeping in their cars on the property at all hours and days. In their statement on the website it states"We are committed to our customer's and employees’ safety" I do not believe this. When I called and complained I was told that they were working on cleaning up the situation. This has beed going on for months and months. How long does it take for a all surveillance property and knowing that you have a problem to clean it up? If you have a problem like this you should have someone on property 24 hours. Yes I also complained because my rent has went from 141 to 200 and some odd dollars over the past year. Yes I know there is inflation however if I'm going to be paying what I can be paying somewhere else that is much safer than I will be moving my stuff. At this time I do not recommend you to get a storage unit here.

Worst service I've ever gotten from a storage facility. I couldn't access my unit the first 4 days after I paid and now I can't again on day 24. And forget calling and getting someone...they are NEVER there. I'm getting my stuff out as soon as I can get someone on the phone or in person. ( I have even driven there during business hrs but nobody's there) So disappointed because otherwise it was a nice place but if you can't access your belongings that doesn't matter much.
