David was incredibly helpful, walking me through the Checkin and checkout process. I called when it was his day off and he called me back the same day to make sure all was well. Clean safe environment with a great staff. David has always helped me out with any questions I have had. It’s in a great location where it’s tucked away but yet so easy to access. I’ve been using this facility since they been open and I have never had a single issue accessing the building or staff. The security system is great and easy to use. You will not beat the price for the service and space you will be getting. If you are near the Northshore area you will not get a better location.

He’s welcoming, friendly and ensures that any concerns or needs are met. The facility itself is so clean and so easy to get in and out of. Their pricing for a secure, climate controlled unit was even better than some sketchy ones on Kingston pike that weren’t even climate control. Mini storage depot is not only kept in pristine condition, but I would highly recommend this for any single females. I always felt completely safe with their level of security. The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly, especially the GM (David).

What a wonderful experience we had using Mini Storage Depot. This facility itself is clean and safe, it’s in a great location off Northshore Dr, they have lower costs than the competition, and they don’t fluctuate the monthly rates like other storage facilities nearby! What makes this facility exceptional is the manager David. You’ll see immediately that David is outstanding at what he does! He displays exceptional communication skills, he’s outgoing and friendly, he’s extremely knowledgeable of his competition, he’s concerned that his facility itself is safe and clean for you and your belongings, he’s concerned you don’t overpay for your storage needs, and he’s very thorough on explaining the rental agreement and setting proper expectations. David is just someone you want to do business with! We’re sad to leave this location but we’re moving out of state. The facility manager David Hogan was extremely helpful in explaining the rental process & setting me up with autopay. 3. He detailed the security systems of the building & parking lot PRIORITIZING MY PERSONAL SAFETY & the safety of my property. 4. When we occupied the unit, he made sure we had ready access & that everything went smoothly. 5. David & his team members provide friendly & efficient customer service & always ask if there’s anything we need. 6. When I allowed an out-of-town relative to enter while I wasn’t present, David gave me a quick courtesy call just to let me know someone unfamiliar was there. We recently moved to Knoxville and realized all of our belongings would not fit into our rental. Getting a storage unit was not something we wanted to do, you hear all the horror stories about roaches and rodents and theft. We needed something affordable and clean. Looking online there were many options so our first stop was the Northshore Mini Storage Depot. It was also our last stop! From the moment we stepped in the door they exceeded our expectations. David and Haryn were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. The facility has great security, is climate controlled, VERY clean, and had many size options to meet our needs. We thought that the price for such a nice facility would push our budget but that was not the case, unbelievably the prices are reasonable. If you need storage go no further!

Mini-Storage was the best price I found in the West Knoxville area. Price was the most important factor in choosing a storage facility. However when I talked to the property manager, David he confirmed I had chosen the right place for all other reasons too. David has the best customer service of any business I have visited in ages. He has such a warm personality. He makes listening to the terms and conditions a pleasure, he doesn’t rush, he explains why knocking them benefit both the company and me the customer. Apparently this is a wonderful place to work too because David was not interested in learning about a position I would love for him to fill on my team. Another star for this facility. A happy employee speaks volumes about how a business is run and managed.

We moved to Knox from out of state from across the country. We needed a storage facility for a while until we decided on living arrangements. We met with David the Mgr and he helped us through a difficult move. He was low key, no pressure sale, truthful and delivered on everything he said. The facility is clean and climate controlled. The free month was a bonus. We unloaded a tractor trailer with a 10 ft living quarters and fit into the driveway and unloading zone. If you have a good driver you can get any semi I’ve seen into the unloading area. We have since downsized to a smaller unit and again David was great to work with. I highly recommend David and MSD for your storage needs.
