She even offered to rent my unit over the phone with me right then. I didn't feel like I was being a nuisance asking questions or having her rent my unit for me. She explained all the documents she would be sending via email for me to sign and thanks to her it was a painless and pleasant experience. I am so happy after talking to MULTIPLE companies between Fort Oglethorpe and Chattanooga that I decided to call this last one and see what they would cost. I'm saving over $30 WITH insurance AND climate control from my other best option that didn't even have climate control and I had by far the best customer service experience thanks to Madision. So happy I choose Mini Storage Depot- Jenkins and Madison!

The agent, Chris was very helpful and accommodating. I have been here for almost 5 years. The rate went up $10 in January. They cashed my check Jan20, on Jan 1 I received a Past due email. I called in Jan 2 and the employee called me “Boss” in the conversation. Very unprofessional, very unhelpful. Said the $10 increase was due, I was ok with that and issued another check for $10 from my bank. Online Banking checks take a few days and will arrive the 13th. They do not take cash or credit card, check or MO only. They continued sending me past due emails. I became concerned and visited them Jan 8 around 2:30 and they were closed. The doors say open until 5:00. I went by today the 12th to access my storage and they had put a Red Lock on my storage. No access!!! ??5 years never late. Called when I got notice and they know what happened. The most difficult place to work with. Needless to say I will be moving soon.

Expensive and they are hardly in the office. No bathroom except in the office. And they wont let you use the dumpster at all. Would not recommend.
