It is so clean, my payment comes out automatically every month, I never had to meet with anyone to get it- they were able to complete everything online and over the phone and they left me a lock with it's keys inside my locker when I first got to it, it has carts at every door that you can use to push your things from your car to the actual storage locker, it has security cameras, it's behind a security gate that you have to have a code to get to open, and you have 24 hour access. I can't think of anything else I'd want.

As we all know that the level of customer service at various other businesses has declined over the last 2 years due to staff shortages (impacted by Covid) but Mini Storage Depot staff is always friendly, professional, helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Megan at the Bethany location is awesome. She is doing a great job as I have been provided with her phenomenal customer service at the Wilkens location as well. It is a consistent experience from every employee.
