Mini Storage Depot has been an absolutely fantastic place to store my things. The building has always been clean and neat. Reasonably priced. They always have carts available at the doors and elevators. It’s a private, safe and secure place to store your property giving you the peace of mind to focus on other things. I’ve been using their services for 4 years and never had a single issue thanks to Brandy and her team!

The only bad thing I have experienced regarding Mini Storage Depot is that I have to stop being a customer because of an unforeseen life circumstance. I have been a customer for a couple of years and it has been top-notch excellence since day 1. When I was signing up, the person assisting me spoke to me like I was a beloved family member, not a random person off the street. I have always felt welcome here and noticed the amount of pride that they take in their facility, even going as far as waving to me through the window when I pull in. Those little things aren't taken for granted and go a long way. It has always been clean, and even when I or my wife have made a late-night run to our storage unit, we felt safe because of the access control that only allows paying customers in and gives it a feeling of privacy. The inside units are perfect for storing things such as old family pictures that you don't want in the heat. I have had friends who rented an outside unit and they looked like they were exceptionally built to keep out the elements. I have and will continue to HIGHLY recommend Mini Storage Depot as the first place to contact when looking for storage. I hate that I have to leave but I am extremely grateful to have been a customer.

Honestly my favorite storage facility I've experienced. Units are very clean and maintained. Moving in from out of state they had great online deals, I submitted my interest in one and Brandy from the office called me right away and got everything I needed setup for my arrival, she even followed up before my move to make sure we got everything taken care of for a smoothless move in. When I arrived Aaryn was the other person in the office, she was very friendly and helpful getting me to my unit. The facility is well kept and secure, convenient location too. I was able to get my 26ft Penske truck in and out easily. On move out I spoke with Aaryn in the office and got the move out process going quick and easy, she was extremely nice and helpful.

I was looking for a last minute storage unit and applied online. This was the easiest and nicest place to rent from ever. I was stuck in heavy traffic so Brandy had my lock and a map waiting for me in my unit just in case I arrived after the office closed. She gave me an over the phone tour with clear instructions how to enter/exit 24/7. They have very nice climate controlled units, elevators, moving carts, and a restroom. Brandy was nice enough to give me a tour once I arrived and made sure my access code works.

Brandy and Aaryn were so friendly and great to deal with! Great staff, clean facility, and easy access to units. Would highly recommend

I've had a few storage units over the years, but Mini Storage depot is one of the best! I reserved unit online and signed all paperwork via email. Never had to go out of my way during business hours to get my unit. They text me the unit number and my gate code and I was good to move in. Great service, always well kept property. Can't ask for much more in an indoor storage facility.

When I needed another unit Brandy found one right near my other unit which helped with unloading. I called Brandy numerous times with questions and she was always so helpful and kind. Follow up was outstanding notifying me well in advance of possible availability. Despite very little availability, Rosemary found exactly what I wanted.
