The facility and staff of the Mini Storage Depot on Chapman Highway have set the bar high! The facility is sparkling clean and the people, especially Kenny, are kind and knowledgeable. The day we rented our unit was blazing hot and sticky humid. We had had several set backs that day, trying to get my daughter's things out of last year's college apartment and into storage for just a few weeks until school started back. It was just the two of us and a U-Haul full of heavy furniture. By the time we got to the Mini Storage Depot on Chapman Hwy, I wanted to just dump the whole trailer off the bridge and go home. When we walked in to the office, Kenny began to set up our account. We soon discovered that I had left my wallet (along with my ID, cards, etc.) at a previous stop. He was professional, yet caring and allowed my daughter to open the account. I had never rented a storage unit before so he walked me thru the choices and answered all my questions. We chose a unit and once it was all set up, we moved our things in with ease. The carts provided were sturdy and the wheels didn't wobble. The building is clean, well-lit and easily accessible while still maintaining the necessary security. I don't know how the price compares to other storage facilities in the area, but it can't be that much. And honestly, when you walk into the cool, bright building, it will be worth whatever the difference. Thank you to Kenny and the rest of the staff for a fantastic job!

Renting was quick and painless. Kenny answered all my questions. The unit is great. Spacious, close to the elevator, easy access for us, and the facility is secure and well-lit. It was by far the least expensive of indoor, temperature-controlled units I found, and it doesn't hurt that it's literally one mile from my house. Overall, I'm super pleased!
