They never notified us of a fire, saw the story on the news. They LIED about how we couldn't access our motorhome to check on possible damage. They said the fire department put up fences and we weren't allowed past them. We called ty he fire department and they said they didn't put any fences up. They lied about everything, Never notified us of any news about accessing our RV. We left, will NEVER be back. Do NOT trust this place. They are still not telling the truth, they NEVER sent out any emails, we called the fire department. They told us Mini storage was telling a BIG fat lie and they called them and told them to stop making things up. Don't trust them. They are nothing but telling lies to cover up their fault in this situation.

There was a fire here 7 weeks ago which destroyed many units including ours. We still have not been given access to our stuff to see what is salvageable. Fire investigator released the site March 19 but still no access to it's tenants. Our stuff has now endured many inches of snow and thunderstorms. We have called and emailed management numerous times but have not received any communication back. We've shown up in person only to keep being told the site is still under investigation which we know is not true per the fire investigator. Should anything be salvageable we won't be using this facility again.

Do not reccomend unless you like your unit continuously damaged by flooding or having zero access to your unit due to ice buildup that the facility fails to take care of like they are supposed to on a daily basis. Thousands of dollars in damaged items that we will probably only be reimbursed for on one occasion even though this is the second time in a matter of a month we've come to our unit and found it flooded.

The employee asked if I could take another spot and after looking at that one it was a few feet into the spot they were trying to get me to take.. The employee asked me to just try and get as close to the camper as I could!! I told her I wasn't going to risk damaging someone else's RV and be liable.. The employee then told me she had a camper and its not that hard you just stop before you hit something.. RUDE... CONDESCENDING.. UNPROFESSIONAL.. I will never go here again!
